Senior Sales Manager (Ref: GP/SSM/21MAR01) 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for promoting lighting solutions featuring premium products from European brands to lighting designers, consultants, and planners;
• Proactively seek for potential new clients and project opportunities in Hong Kong and Macau;
• Responsible for company’s sales activities (including sales cycle, product presentations, after-sales services and preparation of proposals and quotations);
• Lead sales team to build and maintain customer relationships and provide pre-sales technical support;
• Achieve sales target and work closely with management on goal setting and monitoring;
• Coordinate with marketing team on campaign strategy, planning and execution

Requirements:

• Degree or above in engineering, lighting design or business administration or related discipline;
• 5 years of sales experience in promoting lighting solutions;
• Excellent communication skills with aggressive sales techniques and approach;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Ability to work independently and as a self-starter with a high-level of engagement;
• Proficient in MS office;
• Strong network in the market would be an advantage

Technical Manager (Ref: GP/TM/21MAR02) 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project management for façade and building lighting control projects;
• Lead internal team and liaise with the consultant and relevant authorities for materials; submission, approval, consent, inspection and testing;
• Attend project coordination meetings with consultants, clients and contractors;
• Coordinate with internal project/design team on shop drawings/ control schematic diagrams;
• Monitor the design and installation to ensure compliance with the contract specifications;
• Collaborate with contractors to overcome any coordination or construction problems;
• Liaise with the factory/ suppliers to ensure on-time delivery

Requirements

• Degree or higher diploma holder in engineering or science related disciplines
• 5 years of experience in lighting / lighting control projects with on-site experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD & MS Office
• Knowledge in general lighting control and facade/ curtain wall lighting is preferable
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Strong communication & presentation skills, creative and well-organized
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Outgoing, a strong sense of responsibility and a good team player

Marketing Executive (Ref: GP/ME/21MAR03)

Responsibilities

• Manage and update corporate social media presence;
• Create marketing content for website update/ e-newsletters/ sales toolkit/ brochures and leaflets;
• Assist in organizing various kinds of marketing campaigns, such as exhibitions/ seminars/ webinars;
• Conduct competitive research and analysis to keep strategies up-to-date;
• Assist sales teams to develop and maintain relationship with partners and customers;
• Handle any other assigned marketing tasks as required

Requirements

• Higher Diploma; Associate Degree in Communications/Marketing/Design/Graphic Design/or relevant disciplines equivalent;
• 1 year of relevant working experience with a keen eye for aesthetics and details;
• Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, particularly LinkedIn/ Instagram/ Pinterest;
• Strong communication & presentation skills, creative and well-organized;
• Knowledge in Photoshop/ Illustrator will be an advantage;
• Good business sense and work as a team player;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, pro-active, independent and responsible;
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
